Welcome to Back in Motion – please let us tell you a little bit about ourselves and our approach to your treatment. Back In Motion Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre was established in 2004 to serve the Cornwall area and provide excellence in rehabilitation services.

It is locally owned and operated by Eric Mageau & Céline Razeau both Registered Physiotherapists since 1996.  They have been working in the area since graduation and have strong ties in the community.   The clinic originally opened with just the two of them providing treatment but today, Back in Motion offers the services of four physiotherapists, a chiropractor and a certified compression garment fitter.

Due to the increase in staffing, the clinic made the move into a new location in 2010 at the corner of Second and Cumberland streets. The new location is bright and modern with plenty of free parking available. The facility is equipped with exercise equipment and relaxing and spacious treatment rooms.

Our approach
If you are looking for a clinic where you become part of the team, where your specific needs are considered and where your goals are the focus of treatment – Back in Motion is the place for you. Our goal is to promote healing by helping you find ways to improve your abilities and get back to your normal activities as soon as possible. Our therapists are committed to continuing education and keep abreast of developments in their field to improve their skills and enhance your care.

At Back in Motion, you will be provided with a one-on-one treatment approach with a one hour assessment and half hour or one hour treatments. This means that your therapist books a maximum of two clients per hour and each session is individualized to your needs that particular day.   We strive to provide quality care to all our clients and we all work together to help you reach your goals.

Will my insurance cover treatment?
Most private insurance companies (through group work benefits or individual health plans) cover physiotherapy, and chiropractic services.

At Back in Motion, we cannot bill OHIP for any of the services provided.
